All our products are delivered in a digital format (video lessons, PDF guides, music tracks) and are available for instant download or online access after purchase.
Once a product has been accessed, downloaded, or streamed, it is generally non-refundable except under the circumstances outlined below.


2. Valid Reasons for a Refund

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

  1. Technical issues preventing access
    • You purchased a guide but cannot download or access it due to platform errors.
    • The provided video files are corrupted or incomplete.
    • Access links are broken or not delivered within 24 hours.
  2. Duplicate purchase
    • You accidentally bought the same guide more than once.
  3. Wrong product delivered
    • You received access to a different course than the one you ordered.
  4. Misleading product listing
    • The actual content is significantly different from the description on the product page.
      (Note: Differences in personal expectations, style preference, or perceived difficulty are not considered misleading.)
  5. Payment error
    • You were charged an incorrect amount due to a billing mistake.
  6. Failure to receive product
    • You did not receive the access email or download link within 24 hours after payment and our support team could not resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You have already accessed or downloaded the product successfully and no technical issue exists.
  • You changed your mind after purchase without a valid reason listed above.
  • You purchased the wrong guide by mistake but have already accessed or downloaded it.
  • You expected in-person training โ€” all our guides are digital-only.
  • Your device or internet connection does not meet the minimum technical requirements (listed on our FAQ page).

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at info@idelladance-club.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any relevant screenshots or error messages (if applicable)

Our support team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.


5. Refund Method

If your refund request is approved:

  • Payments made by credit/debit card will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5โ€“10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
